i know this is an obvious final step but when the card is in your phone again go to "my sounds" and you will see the file. click options and you will see one that say "set as ringtone" and you are done. The sounds will never show up in your ringtone folder but you can use them for any ring you want from call id ring, to vm notifier, to text messages. Another plus is that they are on the card so they don't eat up space on your phone.
