This is a good info. The sales rep tries to always sell you the accessories when you get your new phone but you are paying premiums for those new accessories, even a car charger. However, similar to phones, always something new comes out and the old phones become obsolete. Now, some of the accessories are compatible between the old and new generations of same brand phones but some are not. When I upgraded from an older Audiovox phone to a newer Audiovox phone, my car charger were different and I had to buy the new one.
Good tip. You figure Verizon will eventually dump those accessories....
