Good question.
I'm not that familiar with pre-paid but I have to think it will get better as there are so many other competition and they are getting better.
Still, you have to understand, they make the bulk of their money from the most post-post customers that make up the majority of the subscribers so they concentrate on those guys and probably less on the pre-paid.
