I purchased the air care and plan from Verizon about a month ago. I can connect after booting but if I disconnect and attempt to reconnect I get cannot connect error. I am running this on a Gateway mx6027 with Windows xp with all service packs and 1 Gig memory.

I have a Gateway desktop and it works fine on it.

I can unintstall modem and V. software and re boot and re install and it will work reconnecting until I shut down and then it is the same problem.

So far V. replaced air card (same results)
re installed too many times to cound
got a new clean verison of software.
deleted and rebuilt mobil drivers
There are no error in device manager

Can anyone give me some suggestions. I am out of ideas and this is a pain.
