I see. If you have another computer you might want to try it there to eliminate the possibility that the problem is with your computer. If the problem still exist, then it could be the software on your phone or the music essential kit. You can try to get help from Verizon. If the problem goes away in different computer then it could be the original computer having some drivers that's not compatible with your phone.
