PC Studio allows for USB, Bluetooth and other connections, but I don't have Bluetooth on my PC (yet)
Unlike some phones, it's a pain to remove the memory card on the Samsung Gleam, so was hoping to be able to use the USB cable or Bluetooth for downloads and uploads to/from the phone.
I've successfully downloaded music to my phone via the Music Monitor, but need to read more about whether Verizon provides tools for downloading ringtones, uploading photos and videos, syncing contact lists, backing up address books on the phone, etc..
Any pointers to other Verizon (or Samsung) software for accomplishing my goals would be most appreciated.
Thanks,

Well you've gotten further than I have. I've spent probably 12 hours trying to get something besides the XP computer to see this stupid phone. I've downloaded the Music Monitor but it won't talk to the phone. Device manager sees it just fine and there are no conflicts. I have all my ringtones and contacts in Bitpim which I've been using for years with my LG phones. I love purple so bought the Gleam but still have time to return it if I can't get all my ringtones over to it. I want to have a separate ringtone for each person who calls me just like I've always had but so far I'm getting nowhere in high gear.
