InvisibleShield is very good although a bit pricey
(link). In the past I've bought screen protectors from BestSkinsEver
(link) which are made from the same material as InvisibleShield but less than half the price - unfortunately, I don't see a skin available for the Chocolate 3 just yet, although I'm sure if you called BSE or sent them an email they could provide you with one.
Tell me how it goes because I may too be interested in purchasing some kind of screen protection.
