I have the Titanium Voyager. Please bare with me as I am not techy at all. I have 8 videos on my phone. I have a micro sd (both Scandisk) card and card reader and was able to get the pictures off of the card onto my computer but I could not even find the videos on the card while card reader plugged into the computer. I know the videos are on the card as my phone indicates it and when I take the card out the 8 videos are no longer on my phone.
Is there another program I need to download?
I have read thru several other posts that were similar and there were some suggestions of using bitpim, please dont suggest that as I have no idea how to do it. Any other suggestions would be wonderful
