Default VZAccess Manager Error Codes

Hello,

Can someone tell me where I can find a listing of the VZAccess Manager error codes? For the several weeks I have had nothing but problems connecting or staying connected to BBA. I have not installed any new hardware or software. Had been working fine for the past couple months. I have made several calls to Verizon with mixed results. I am finding error codes in the VZAccess Manager log, but there is no information about what the error codes mean. If the problem is on my end I need to know that so I can attempt a fix or at least pinpoint where the problem originates. (i.e. Modem, hardware conflict, software conflict, etc)

Specs
VZAccess Manager: 6.6.2
Modem: USB720
Issues on: Desktop AND Laptop (not networked together)

Thanks in advance,

Duff

Default same problem for about two weeks

Duff - I'm having the same problem with my Verizon network card aqnd I was wondering if anybody has gotten back to you. When I called Verizon, the number displayed in the error message, The tech kept insisting that I remove my network card and plug in my ethernet cable so he could remote into my laptop. I kept trying to tell him that I do not have a wireless modem but a network card. He kept insisting that I needed a modem to access and when I told him that I have gotten on to the network before and this problem just started a week ago, he said it was impossible. He then told me to go to a Verizon store and they will help me. When I did, they said they couldn't help me in the store and I would have to call the helpdesk - they gave me the same number I called. So it's been three weeks and I'm paying $80 a month for a network card I can't use. So don't feel bad, you're not alone.
