disabling vibrate mode on coupe

Mom has a coupe and somehow turned off her ringer. Can anyone help me tell her how to recover her ringer?

I don't have the coupe but on many of the Verizon phones, you can press the * for a long time and it toggles between vibrate mode and ringer mode.

If not, go to menu, phone setting, and follow the directions.

You may want to consider getting your mom a Samsung Knack, the Coupe's replacement. The Coupe has been out since like last October, so they replaced it with it. It is silver with black trim, and has the same features.
