1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button.
   
2. Select SMS then press in on the touch-click screen.
   
3. Select the Compose icon then press in on the touch-click screen.
   
4. Select SMSthen press in on the touch-click screen.

1. Enter the desired phone number.
   As you enter the recipient, a list from the Address Book will appear. At any time the appropriate number can be selected from the listthen press in on the touch-click screen.
   
2. Enter the message body.
   
3. Press the Menu Button, select Send then press in on the touch-click screen.
