It will be coming around Sep this year. There will be string of improvements and additions but only one known so far is the addition of WiFi, which was lacking in the original Storm.

I thought Verizon LTE an Vodafone 4G are the same since they both have chosen LTE as their 4G technology. Do you mean the frequency support?

I am referring to the frequency support. And also verizon i believe is going to use paired spectrum and Vodafone is going to use unpaired since they can just use it as an update since they are already using the GSM family of Tech. Please do correct me if im wrong.

Actually, I'm not that familiar with the LTE frequencies or paired spectrum. Yet.
