Cutting / copying text in a message

1. While composing a message, place the cursor beside the text to be cut or copied.
   
2. Hold the shift key then move the trackball to select the desired text.
   
3. Press in on the trackball, select Cut / Copy then press in on the trackball.
   

Pasting text into a message

1. Place the cursor at the desired location.
2. Press in on the trackball, select Paste then press in on the trackball.
