Default Usage Controls
I want to sign up for usage controls on my son's phone to restrict messages but I just read through the online help for Usage Controls and it says that if you have an Unlimited Messaging plan, it won't work. Is this really the case?

I would guess if you have the unlimited plan, there are no additional charges for using them so why would anybody want to control the limit, except for discipline reasons and I guess VZ doesn't offer that option.

Yeah. Definitely looking to use the "Parental Control" feature not a billing issue.
