There is an existing thread that explains how to do this on EVDO enabled phones.

I don't believe VX5200 supports EVDO, so even if you do get it to do it, the speed will be limited to 1xRTT speed, which is going to be pretty slow (157kbps theoretical max, 60 - 80kb typical)
