vx4500 problem

Hello,

I posted this in the tech section but I am reposting to look for the answer here. I Have an LG vx4500 with a cracked screen, I want to pull the data off it before I get another one, but I can't see the options in the debug screen to set it for the data transfer. What would be the button sequence to set the phone to transfer data to the computer.
