Pantech 215 usb down load wire

Hello all

I just activated my Verizon / Pantech 215 today.
Made 2 calls so far and all seems good (one from out on the street and one from my home).

Does anyone know of a site that has photographs taken with the 215 on vue?

Does a usb line exist to connect the camera to my pc to down load pictures?

Hope to hear from anyone on this forum soon.

What do you mean by photographs taken with 215 on vue?

Not sure if PN-215 support USB. Usually, Verizon wants to charge money for people to send the pictures taken over the air to an e-mail address, so they don't make it easy for people to download pictures to their PC for free.

Did you get a data cable that connects to PN-215? Then, there might be a way. If I find out a way, I'll let you know.

You mean a website that has a gallery of pictures taken by Pantech PN215's digital camera?

currently there is no data cable that exists to satisfy your request. There is a mobile office kit with a usb cable but that will only back up your contacts, it won't transfer pictures. The best thing to do is to send them to pixplace or to a friend with one of the several verizon phones that have memory card so they can load it into the computer for you.

Bill, have you had any issues with your phone getting hot after about a 15 minute phone call? just curious some lady was saying her 215 did that and i was wondering if it was a known issue or if she just got a bad apple?

Phone works just fine. No over heat problems.
Regarding pictres. I just e-mail the to my e-mail address. Looking for alternet to the .25 per shot charge for sending.

no, only one person has had the issue that i have ever seen and it was her first cell phone and she was a state-issued helmet away from being retarded so i thought it was just her worrying needlessly. Wanted to make sure it wasn't an issue other people were having. We get technical services updates stating all known issues for all phones and how to fix them and there was nothing about overheating pantechs so i'm thinking its just stupid her.

I also heard from somewhere else this phone had some heat issue so just wondered if it was the same.
