Can someone resize this pic to fit a motorola Razr v3m? Thanks in advance!!

At least you know your size - 176 x 184. Unfortunately, your picture is not even close to that picture ratio, so you'll have to scale it down the horizontal to 176, and then you'll have a lot of empty space at top and bottom. Not the best picture to fill your V3m screen. Try a different picture that's more square.

Thanks, thats what I figured. I tried myself, and it keeps coming up blurry, or its too zoomed in. What do you suggest for a size to fit the screen then?

Yeah not the best aspect ratio for a wallpaper but here's this.
