Quality program?

Does anyone know if there is a Quality standard or Quality Program that Verizon uses? Do they have a wireless carrier version of ISO-9000?

I've seen other businesses advertise (mostly manufacturing) that they were whatever quality program certified, but I haven't heard anything about wireless.

I don't know if there is a specific version just for the wireless carrier but I'm sure Verizon does have some quality program, and expect the same from all their suppliers.
