as for the verizon website they lowered the razr 2 and added the decoy and got rid of all rebates so most pda phones are cheaper cuz they take the rebate off instantly like the touch is only 250 instead of three with a 50 dollar male in rebate but as for phones like the centro they went way up it went up 100 dollars

Yeah, Verizon constantly changes up their price to promote certain phones over others, while some phones never go down in price - e.g. Samsung Flipshot.
