Global Phones?

What global phones does Verizon offer? I know the Blackberry 8830 and Motorola Z6C are global phones but what other phones are global? Is the palm and LG global? What about the Samsung? Can you help?

Just those two mentioned. None of the other ones are "world phones". You still have to provide your own SIM cards from another carrier.

I can I just use a global sim card on a non-global phone with the international dial feature and it will work?

Depends what you mean by work.

If you have a sim card from AT&T and use it on Verizon's world phone in US, you can either use the service from AT&T or Verizon.

Let's say, you went to Europe with Verizon's world phone. Obviously, they don't have any CDMA network so it's not going to work, unless you get a local sim card then your Verizon World Phone will operate on the network GSM network.
