Default Early Upgrade?

Hi,

I got a new phone last September, and I am not yet eligible for a New Every Two. I am tired of the problems that my Chocolate II is giving me. I want to upgrade to an enV2. Is there any way I could do this without paying full retail? How do I talk the employee into letting me upgrade early?

Any help is appreciated......

I'm not sure it will always work but my friend used to change his phone pretty often (not completely free but at discount) by calling their termination department to cancel, and since Verizon wants to keep you as customer, they always try to bribe you with a different phone at very good price.

But I don't want to cancel. I LOVE Verizon and think that they are the best. Is there any other way to do this?

I'm not telling you to cancel, only threaten to cancel. That's why they offer you the deals to keep you but wouldn't normally offer to someone they already have.
