Like, when you are calling them, is there a way to go right to their voicemail, without actually having to call them?

I don't think you can. If you call someone's number, it's meant for someone else to be notified and be picked up.

Unless, you dial the *86 and somehow enter the mailbox number of the person you want to leave a message for, instead of your own mailbox..... still not sure if it's possible.
