How to set up Pocket Outlook on HTC Touch Pro

Setting up Pocket Outlook - HTC Touch Pro
Some email providers do not allow email to be sent without being connected to their network.

1. From the Today screen, tap Start > Messaging.
   
2. Tap Setup E-mail.
   
3. Enter the appropriate information for the accountthen tapNext.
   
4. Ensure Try to get e-mail settings automatically from the Internet is selected then tap Next.
   
5. Tap Next.
   
6. Ensure Internet e-mail is selected then tap Next.
   
7. Enter the appropriate information for the account then tap Next.
   
8. Enter the Incoming mail server address, ensure the desired account type (i.e. POP3 or IMAP4) is selected then tap Next.
   
9. Enter the appropriate information for the incoming mail server then tap Next.
   
10. Enter the Outgoing (SMTP) mail server address then tap Next.
    If using the Verizon Wireless SMTP server, ensure Outgoing mail server requires authentication is selected and Use the same user name and password for sending e-mail is not selected.
    
11. Enter the appropriate information for the outgoing mail server then tap Next.

12. Ensure the desired interval is selected then tap Finish.
