Question LG Chocolate 3 - scratch protection?

I just bought this phone. It is replacing my RAZRV3m which I have used very happily for two years..until my Verizon Wireless "New every two" came up. I looked around and chose this phone even though I don't really need the thorough music capabilities. I wanted update to something similiar to my Razr (A fairly basic but excellent overall phone is all I need) but with a better camera. I hope I made the right decision! Anyway - Can you suggest a screen or clear full body protector product? Would really appreciate it!
Thanks! Mark Bell

I'm about to buy this phone, and I'm curious how you like thus far.

I'm fairly sure the material on the back of the phone is the same material on the back of the VX9400 which I believe (not sure) is unscratchable. If this is so, I don't think you'd need any addition protection for the Chocolate 3.

So far I have no complaints with this phone. The differences in sound quality of speaking and hearing are vastly better than most phones. I have an Ipod touch for music so, I skipped over the LG Dare. I prefer solid buttons as interface. I love the slick gray-black sheen of the body. Can anyone suggest a good screen protector for the exterior and interior displays? Is Invisible Shield the best choice?

Hey, thanks for responding. I guess I'll pick up one of these tommorow or Monday.

InvisibleShield is very good although a bit pricey (link). In the past I've bought screen protectors from BestSkinsEver (link) which are made from the same material as InvisibleShield but less than half the price - unfortunately, I don't see a skin available for the Chocolate 3 just yet, although I'm sure if you called BSE or sent them an email they could provide you with one.

Tell me how it goes because I may too be interested in purchasing some kind of screen protection.

Well, since you are interested in the Choc3, I'll give more of my opinion. The applications are blazing fast (to download and use) Play around with the free demos of some of them if you get the phone...but, I think that all new Ver. phones have most of the same application options..so, no biggie there. The only application I am subscribed to is VZ Navigator. It's $10/mo. but it is damn useful. You know when you and some friends are hanging out.."where the hell IS that place?" or "When does the movie start?" Your phone can take you there...maps, etc., movie times..my favorite thing is that it can GPS locate your phone and give you maps and suggestions for EVERYTHING nearby . Well, besides that, I plopped in an antenna booster in the back, and I am going to take a look at bestskins as you suggested.

Good luck on your mission...
