Performing a master reset - LG Chocolate Touch (VX8575)
This procedure will erase all user data and restore the handset to the original factory settings.

1. From the main screen, touch Menu.
   
2. Touch Settings.
   
3. Touch Phone Settings.
   
4. Touch Security.
   
5. Enter the Phone Lock Code (default is the last 4 of the phone number).
   
6. Touch Reset Default.
   
7. Touch OK.
   
8. Touch Revert.
