I just got mine yesterday too..it is a sick azz phone..need to figure out how to enter text into the browser, but other than that...and smilies in text msgs...it's all there.

my smiley faces are easily entered using t9 i just push the one or symbol button twice and it pops up hit next and it turns into a frowny face

@yahyah30...could you explain a little more? I tried things like putting semi-colon and right parens...to make a smilie...but no go. This is a nice phone, a lot of features but is gonna take some getting used to.

just wanted to update you guys from my bosses boat! lol the dare is the best phone i have ever had! the size is great rf out here on the waters of lake michigan is awesome! you guys and gals need to get one that is if you dont mind a touch screen! more to come in my full review. later

@yahyah30..just a regular smilie or a winking one...I just got used to using them instead of their text counterparts. I used to have a sidekick3, then went to Helio and got an Ocean, now at Verizon with the Dare.

Kinda got used to that external keyboard, now to get used to the touchscreen. I don't usually have any problems with accuracy, but speed is a major factor. I can't hold it with both hands and use both thumbs..lol..
