Default Video Formats/podcasts for dare

I just got my Dare a few days ago. I am trying to watch a downloaded video from my pc. I copied it to both my media folder and myflix folder. It wont play the file or even recognize that its there. it is a podcast from Tekzilla .mv4 file
what formats does the Dare support?

I just looked up which formats it supports:

Audio: MP3, WMA, unprotected AAC and unprotected AAC+

Video: WMV, MP4, 3GP, and 3G2

Try converting your .mv4 file to one of the other formats and see if that works for you. There are plenty of free converters these days and with the SaaS (Software as a Service) revolution beginning, there's a good chance there's an online converter you can use. Good luck!

Default

thanks for the tip.

Does anyone use a particular free converter that works well? I have used PSP video 9 for converting movies and videos over to the PSP but I dont know if it will work for this.

Thanks
