Problem with texting
Hello,
I just transferred from AT&T to Verizon Wireless (thank God!) and there is no problems with accessing the internet and/or sending and receiving calls. The problem is that I am not able to send or receive text messages and it has been 3 days since they set-up the account (I want to use my unlimited messaging). Whenever I try to send a message, the phone prompts with an error: Message is not sent: Service unavailable?
Any information in response to my problem would be helpful...
