Live weather radar

I was wondering if there was a weather radar that I could use where it would detect my position for the weather picture where I am at. It would work great when traveling on the bike and don't know what zip code I'm at.

LG Dare has the GPS built in, so even if you don't know which zip code, the phone knows exactly where you are not. I'm not sure if there is any software that can transfer that info back to the weather program...
