VCast Music Problem

My Dare is great except for one problem...When I go to my music library, many of my songs are listed with the artists' name not listed. After denying this problem for months, Verizon finally acknowledged a firmware problem, and released a new update. Last week I had the update downloaded to my phone, but the problem remains.

Anyone have any suggestions?

(Oh, and Verizon has insinuted that there may be a "problem" with my songs. All my music is legal.)
