says memory full on LG Dare

I have a fairly new LG Dare. If I check the memory, it sayd on the card memory I have used 384KB and have 3.7GB left. On the phone itself, it says, I have used 23.6 MB and have 124 MB available. I am simply trying to add an event to my calendar, and it is saying MEMORY FULL. I removed the micro card and replaced it, thinking maybe it wasn't in right. I don't have photos, videos, or music on my phone. The only big file I have is a scrabble game I downloaded. I would like to move that file to the memory card. and figure out why it says I have memory but it isn't allowing me to use it.

It looks like whatever you are trying to do uses the phone memory and not the memory card's memory.
