vcast troubles,,,help!

i'm trying to get vcast to work on my computer but it's terrible. My entire system comes to a hault when I start up vcast. No other programs cause such trouble for me. Has anybody else experienced this problem. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program twice but i'm still unable to get it to snyc up with my phone. the program finds my music on my computer but when it tries to interface with my phone it freezes and i can't figure it out. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm referring to the music essentials kit with the usb cable and the cd you download to your computer. it hangs up my computer and doesn't work at all. anybody else use this?

my intention is to upload songs from my computer to use as ring tones on my phone...thanks.

I see. If you have another computer you might want to try it there to eliminate the possibility that the problem is with your computer. If the problem still exist, then it could be the software on your phone or the music essential kit. You can try to get help from Verizon. If the problem goes away in different computer then it could be the original computer having some drivers that's not compatible with your phone.
