EnV questions

Looking at upgrading to an EnV but live and travel in areas that do not have lots of Veizon towers and services thus Navigator and Vcast services will not be used much. Are all other features usable when roaming or not in a service area? Does this phone wirelessly sync with pc for outlook contacts, music etc,
