Can't get pass the VerizonWireless logo

Would anyone know how to get pass the initial verizonwireless logo after turning the phone on? All of a sudden, it hangs at the logo everytime the phone is turned on.

Sounds like you have some firmware issue on your phone. There isn't anything you need to do to get past the logo. It's supposed to move beyond the logo automatically.

Take the phone back to the store to get it fixed.
