Hi,
I just downloaded the Bitpim files:
bitpim-1.0.4-1.i386.rpm
bitpim_1.0.4_i386.deb
bitpim-1.0.4-setup.exe
bitpim-1.0.4.tbz2
TIGER-bitpim-1.0.4.dmg

Should I just run the setup.exe file?
Or is there something I need to do?

Thanks
Brian

Run the exe file. It's very simple.

I ran the .exe file and i got this a window with this message below:

bitpimw.exe - Unable to Locate Component
"This application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."

Then I hit ok and it then I get another window that pops up:
 Errors occurred
"See the log file 'C:\Program Files\BitPim\bitpim.exe.log' for details"

Do you have any idea of what I need to do?

The latest version I installed is 1.0.3 but it should be the same. I've not had any problem installing bitpim before.

Default Downloading Videos from Venus

BitPim works great for me, but I can't find the videos that I took w/my Venus. When I look in the video folder it has corresponding 0 byte files that appear to be placeholders or shortcuts. But where are the actual video files?
