Music Videos

Does anyone know how to put music videos on to the phone. Do you have to go through vcast and purchase them? What if you have some clips of your own to put on. Hope someone can help.

If you have a memory card you can just drag music and videos onto the card in the right folders and your all set. Another thing i found is the site videos 4 bb, they put tv shows and movies on line in either 3gp or avi format. you can download them for free!! just right click and save! Then just drag it to you memory card! If you click on the link it will just start playing. There is tons of videos on this site including jackass 2.5!

I forgot to add that on some phones,you can add mp3 ringtones to your my sounds folder then send it to your self and save it as a ring tone. i have tested this on the flip shot and the venus. i havent tried any other phones yet but here is two sits to get some nice free mp3 ringtones!!

man and last but not least,(lol) ive noticed that a lot of the ringtones on tuneusin are short so i was able to send the to the phone via email.(your number)@vzwpix.com

Does this work on the Blackberry?

It seems many of the other Verizon phones don't support e-mailing the ringtones to your e-mail address anymore. It certainly doesn't work on my LG VX8600.

On the blackberry you can download the mp3 ringtone directly from the browser. As for emailing ringtones,the smaller files seem to work. I and while im on the subject of emailing, Ive noticed that some phones cap off text messages at 160 but if you send a text via email from your home computer or a mobile device that supports email, you can send it to the (mobile number)@vtext.com and write as long as you want. I sent some people at my work a half page write up about the new year across their phones with no problem! Im still testing it though so I will get back to you all!
