I'm not a big text person and don't like the bulky phone but the touch screen does interest me on this phone.

Now, if they only supported Windows Mobile on it, I could really replace my PDA.

That's how they keep the price of the phone high and make money. Once the phone has been out for a few months, it loses its lustre and it has to be subsidized more for people to buy, but people will pay premium for the new phones.

Nice to know VZW is able to grasp this concept for the "regular" phone market, cause they sure as heck don't understand it for the PDA market! I've tried "regular" phones and they don't make one with software robust enough to survive me... They would keep locking up on me, so I went with a 6700 & haven't looked back... Just would be nice to have something new on my side of the market...
