Default 3gp Converter

Go to this website download 3gp converter
http://www.divx-digest.com/software/3gp_converter.html
open the folder and extract all the files somewhere on your hard drive than open the setup icon in the folder. select the 3GP2+ACC setting than drag file into the main window it takes sometime to convert than use bitpim to transfer the files into the brew/ folder in the filesystem view. i think the folder number is 8900 or something like that

Using the following guide, I was able to very easily and successfully put video on my Voyager and play it back.

When choosing a video output format choose "3gp (Sony Ericsson)" from the first drop down list, "MPEG-4" as the video codec from the second drop down list, and "AAC" as the audio codec from the third drop down list.

The rest of the settings are the exact same from the above link and they worked great for me!
