Verizon Voyager

Does the voyager phone sync with my computer running on Windows XP? I want to keep a calendar on my PC and then transfer to the phone and also keep a calendar on my phone to transfer to my PC?
Can this be done with Voyager? If so what does it sync with? Microsoft Outlook?
