Voyager - problems (most common)

once or twice a day when i tap end, then touch the screen to unlock it the phone reboots itself.

It sounds like Voyager software is still very buggy. No wonder customer service at VZ store is not promoting Voyager that strong at the moment.

I have had my Voyager for about 30 days and just love it! However, it seems to have a short in the keyboard. The bottom row lights up and turns off. It's rather annoying at night...

Should I call customer service or take it into any Verizon store?

Animated Giff's on the external screen set as walpapers, cause the phone to reboot sometimes.
A normal wallpaper causes no such problem.

Also, when I have an Giff on the external screen, sometimes the phone can't find any pictures located on the microSd card.
All black is what you see instead of a picture.

Shutting phone off/on solves the problem.
