Thanks for the report. Bitpim is a very nice tool, if you know how to use it. And for those not too techie, it's better not to mess with it as it will void your warranty.

Just got home with the Voyager.
The USB cable from my old LG VX8600 does work with the Voyager,

but I think that I need a new Windows XP "driver" for BitPim to fully recognize it.

My BitPim version is 0.9.10

Where can I find a driver?

Also, how do I tell what version firmware my phone is?
