LG VX 5400 vx KRZR

I am soliciting advice on which phone of these two is more reliable, or is better than the other. I don't need it to do anything fancy, just be reliable, have a built in speaker phone that is decent, store at least 300 entries, have easy to use keypad, easy to use features like switching to vibrate, and decent battery life. Is there much difference between these two phones? I currently have the Moto E 815, but am due to upgrade.

I would sincerely appreciate anyone's opinion.

I would go with LG over Motorola, if what you are looking for is reliability.
