Default LG VX8350 USB Data Cable Driver

I am looking for the USB data cable driver for the VX8350. If anyone has the driver and would email it to me at jlr824900@yahoo.com. I would greatly appreciate it.

Have you tried plugging in the USB cable to your pc/laptop? It should be able to recognize it and install the proper driver.

Actually, I got my USB driver from the V Cast Music Essential CD I purchased, along with cable.

I believe you can download the Music Manager here. Maybe it has the USB driver as well.

The drivers for all the phones are bundled in the free Verizon Music Essentials Kit:
http://www.vzam.net/vcastmusic/

Direct link for SW download:
http://content2.ztango.com.edgesuite...-98-99-002.exe

Select your phone when asked for the model during installation, and the drivers get installed.

Which won't install if you're not using XP. But open your temp folder and you'll see the installer's folder (it's name varies, look for the newest folder in %temp%). The usb driver is in there. Then just exit the installer.

I found a website that has the drivers for the LG VX8350 that will work with BitPim for those interested. You can find them at:

http://www.wirelessemporium.com/prod...sp?relatedid=0

The driver doesn't install on Windows Vista unless you do the following.

After downloading and unzipping the driver file right click setup.exe, click "Properties", click the "Compatibility" tab, check box for "Run this program in compatibility mode for:” In the drop down box choose the appropriate operating system. Then double click setup.exe to run the program and install the drivers.

It works perfect for me on my Windows Vista Ultimate machine.

The second link worked like a charm, the computer actually recognizes my phone for the first time, after months of headaches, thank you so much! I love you. I want to send a virtual kiss! ;-P
