Phone Manager software

I love my LG Choc VX85550 and recently my display was ripped from the inside by one of the springs that slides it upward. I have been trying to get the correct software to download my pictures, messages, etc. to my pc.

I have the correct cable but I either need button by button directions for using the 'Phone Manager' program with a blank screen and or the correct software download for this task.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
