Did you have to "upgrade", pay extra, or did they just simply replace the i760 with the 6800?

Darth, don't know if my other message sent......
I have a i760 with problems. They stated there were none anywhere and they would give me a 6800 WITH a two year contract. That is stiff considering the i760 was insured
