Performing a hard reset - Motorola Droid (A855)

Performing a hard reset will remove
ALL data including the Google account, system data, application data, application settings, and downloaded applications. Only perform this reset if absolutely necessary.

- From the home screen, touch the applications tab (located on the bottom of the screen).

- Touch Settings.

- Touch Privacy.

- Touch Factory data reset.

- Touch Reset phone.

- Touch Erase Everything.

- With the device powered off, slide the keyboard open.

- Press the Power key and the X key simultaneously, until the Recovery screen appears.

- Press the Volume up key and the Camera key simultaneously, to show the Recovery menu.

- Using the Volume keys, select Wipe data factory Reset.

- Press the center of 5-way navigation pad.

- Using the Volume keys, select Yes -- delete all user data.

- Press the center of 5-way navigation pad.

- Using the Volume keys select Reboot system now.

- Press the center of 5-way navigation pad.
