How can I use my wireless device as a tethered modem?

Creating a tethered modem - Motorola Q / Q9m

Activate Modem Link on the handheld.
Refer to Activating / deactivating modem link - Motorola Q for assistance.
Install / configure VZAccess Manager.
Refer to Downloading and installing VZAccess Manager - Windows for further assistance.
From the VZAccess Manager main screen, click Connect.
If the VZAccess Manager application does not launch after installation, click Start > Programs (All Programs) > VZAccess Manager.
