All data phones are kinda bulky. the audiovox6700 is probably my favorite of the data phones but its kinda big.

Treo(s) were very bulky. Moto Q, which didn't feel like a phone in your hand, was very thin. Navigating with that small 4-way button in the middle needs some time to get used to though.
