Default How to take back up \ restore data from razr 2 ?

Back up of your data - It is done by connecting the Moto Razr 2 to the computer and Use 'motorola phone tools'.
Make sure the phone is switched on.

1. Click on the synchronize Button on the palette that opens up along side of the phone.
This wizard also enables you to delete records contained in your mobile phone memory.

2. Access the Backup/Restore Wizard -
From the main Menu, select Organizer >MobilePhone>Backup/Restore.

3. The Backup/Restore Wizard will then read the contents of your mobile phone and present you with a summary once the operation has been completed correctly.

4. Click 'Finish' to close the Backup/Restore Wizard.

The mobile phone contacts, calendar and tasks are saved locally in a .csv file.

This file can be used to restore the data back into your phone or any other motorola phone.

The .csv file format is 'The comma-separated values' file format is a file type that stores tabular data.
